Our historic high-rise building has fantastic views of Downtown Moline. The former LeClaire Hotel was built in 1922, and it was converted into an apartment community in 1996. 

All our kitchens have a dishwasher and garbage disposal. Our controlled access community has amazing amenities including a tanning bed, fitness center, business center, and laundry facilities.

Get ready to root for the home team! Modern Woodmen Park is a minor league baseball stadium in Davenport, IA. The stadium hosted its first game in June 1931. Modern Woodmen Park is set on the bank of the Mississippi River, and right-field home runs frequently fall into the river. 

The stadium is currently the home stadium of the Quad Cities River Bandits, a minor league affiliate of the Houston Astros. A cornfield was added beside the leftfield in 2008, and when the corn is tall enough, the River Bandits run out of the cornfield at the beginning of the game like in the film Field of Dreams.

Located in Rock Island, the Quad City Botanical Center is an amazing visit for nature lovers! The Quad City Botanical Center has an indoor tropical atrium, educational greenhouse, outdoor gardens, event spaces, and gift shop. The botanical center was opened in 1998. 

Visitors can see hundreds of plants including conifers, orchids, cocoa trees, banana plants, and many more! The tropical Sun Garden is beautiful year-round, even during the winter. It has an incredible 14-foot waterfall and a pond with Japanese Koi fish. 

The Quad City Botanical Center is a non-profit dedicated to education about plants and nature. The botanical center is wheelchair accessible. 

The River Music Experience is a non-profit organization and music spot in Downtown Davenport. Based out of the Redstone Building, the non-profit is focused on sharing American music with Quad Cities, specifically Mississippi River music. 

On the first floor of The River Music Experience is the RME Cafe (a coffee shop) that hosts performances by local musicians. These shows are usually free. On the second floor is The Redstone Room, a live music venue for concerts with a capacity of 300 people. The Redstone Room has a full bar. 

The River Music Experience offers training, education, and programs to the community. The non-profit also gives scholarships to students who cannot afford music lessons.
